ThruTalk is a cloud platform for peer to peer phone banking directly to cell phones and landlines at scale.
ThruTalk allows volunteers to call voters using a list of phone numbers that are uploaded into the system. The dialing system places calls to each of the uploaded numbers in batch, and skips over voicemails, busy signals, and disconnected lines to connect the caller directly to a person.
